Meet the Instructors
About Betsy Olsen
Betsy has been a registered Yoga Alliance member since completing her training in 2017. In 2022, she added Keiki training as a Master Reiki Practitioner to her practice.
She’s taught yoga in unique community settings, including sessions for operating staff at Primary Children’s Hospital and caretakers at a women’s shelter in Davis County.
Betsy brings compassion, experience, and a holistic approach to every class she leads.
About Kate Thompson
Kate has been practicing yoga since 1985 and earned her 200-hour Yoga Motion certification in 1999.
With decades of teaching experience, she brings both knowledge and compassion to her classes.
Kate is also deeply rooted in the community and a proud mother of four and grandmother of twelve. Her joy for family and connection shines through in her teaching style.

Nope, just drop in. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled.
When are classes?
Classes are on most Wednesdays, although we sometimes pause for holidays or special events. Please check the calendar for specific dates.
How long is a class?
Classes are about an hour, including a gentle warm-up and relaxing cool-down.
Is the class right for beginners or those with limited mobility?
Yes! All abilities are welcome. Please let the instructor know of any questions or concerns and move at your own pace.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat and water. If you don’t have a mat, we can provide one.
