Getting Started
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up by calling, messaging, or stopping by Reenew. If you’re unsure which membership is the right fit, we’re happy to walk you through the options and answer any questions.
Is a membership really worth it?
Absolutely. Whether you visit once a month or more, the savings add up quickly—and the benefits go beyond just what’s on paper. Every tier is designed to give you great value, meaningful support, and a better way to care for yourself.
Is there a trial membership available?
We don’t currently offer a trial membership, but you’re welcome to reach out or stop by if you’d like to get a feel for the space and learn more about what’s included. We’re happy to help you decide if a membership is the right fit.
When does my membership start?
Your membership kicks in the day you sign up, giving you immediate access to your benefits.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Month-to-month memberships can be canceled anytime with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
6-month memberships require a full-term commitment but may be canceled early for medical or relocation reasons (with documentation).
After 6 months, the membership automatically switches to month-to-month unless canceled.
Both options are designed to support consistency while still giving you room to adjust.
Sharing and Family Use
How does membership sharing work?
Members are welcome to share their benefits with family or friends. However, discounts can only be applied at checkout by the member or with their direct approval.
The member must either be present or contact Reenew ahead of time to authorize the use of their benefits.
Guest sessions are limited to one per month and must be scheduled in advance, as outlined in your membership plan.
Members must notify staff ahead of time to ensure availability for guest bookings.
Children under 18, and elderly or disabled guests who require assistance, must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Can I change the person using my shared membership benefits each time?
Yes, you can choose a different friend or family member each time you share your benefits. Just make sure you either come with them or contact us ahead of time to give your approval.
Is there a family or couples membership option?
We don’t offer a formal family or couples membership, but you’re always welcome to share your benefits with family members. If multiple people plan to use services regularly, we’re happy to help you decide what setup makes the most sense.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable, but you can share your benefits with others as long as you’re the one on file and you give us the okay ahead of time.
Benefits and Discounts
What can I use my membership discount for?
Your membership discount can be used on additional services like Energy Enhancement System sessions, BEMER Therapy, AO Scans, and Detox Footbaths, as well as purchases made in the center. It’s a great way to save a little extra when you want to add something to your visit.
Just a heads-up—it doesn’t apply to packages or multi-session programs.
Can I use my membership during special events or workshops?
Some events and workshops may be included or discounted for members, depending on your membership tier. Just ask us about any upcoming events you’re interested in and we’ll let you know how your membership applies.
Can I roll over unused services to the next month?
We like to keep things simple—services don’t roll over, so it’s a “use it or lose it” setup each month. It’s the perfect excuse to make time for yourself!
What happens if I forget to use my services this month?
We get it—life gets busy! Just remember that services don’t roll over, so try to prioritize a little “you time” before the month ends.
Using Your Membership
How do I book my services each month?
Members can schedule services by phone, text, or through the Reenew scheduling app.
All-Access Wellness Pass members receive priority access and may call or text directly to book.
Advance notice is required for all guest bookings to ensure availability.
Thermography scans and other premium services must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are discouraged.
How far in advance should I book my services?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you have a preferred time or practitioner. Some services fill up quickly, and early scheduling helps ensure you get the times that work best for you.
Do you offer reminders for upcoming appointments or unused services?
We do! You can opt in to receive appointment reminders by text or email. While we don’t currently send reminders for unused services, we’re always happy to help you track what you’ve used and what’s left in your plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, so you’re free to use whatever works best for you.
Membership Management
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes, for your convenience, memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after your initial commitment. If you ever decide to cancel, just give us 30 days’ written notice—we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
- Upgrades can be made at any time. Just let us know and we’ll help you switch to a higher-tier plan.
- Downgrades are only available after your current commitment ends. If you’re on a 6-month plan, you’ll need to complete the full term before switching to a lower-tier option.
- Month-to-month members can make changes with at least 3 business days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- To request a change, call us at 801-300-9992 or stop by Reenew Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
- All changes take effect on the first day of your next billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership once for up to 30 days. Just let us know in advance so we can place your account on hold. After the 30 days, your membership will automatically resume on your next billing date.
Cancellations and Payments
What is the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month memberships can be canceled anytime with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
6-month memberships require a full-term commitment, but may be canceled early for medical or relocation reasons with documentation.
After the initial 6 months, your membership automatically switches to month-to-month unless you cancel.
Both options are designed to support consistency while still giving you the flexibility to adjust when needed.
How do I cancel my membership?
No hoops to jump through—just call or message us anytime, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
If you cancel during your initial six-month commitment, refunds aren’t available. The exception being for medical or relocation reasons (requires documentation).
Your membership stays active through the end of your current billing cycle, but we’re not able to offer partial refunds for time not used.
What happens if my payment is late or missed?
Membership fees are due at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment is more than two weeks late, a $25 late fee will be added.
If payments remain unpaid for two months, the membership will be considered cancelled without notice, and a cancellation fee will be added along with any outstanding membership and late fees.
