Free Yoga Classes:
Enhance your physical and mental well-being with invigorating yoga sessions. Join us at 10:30 am and 4 pm for complimentary yoga classes led by skilled instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, these classes are designed to rejuvenate your body and calm your mind.
Sound Baths in the EESystem:
Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing and therapeutic sound bath. At 12 pm and 3 pm, our EESystem will be transformed into a sanctuary of healing sound, allowing you to unwind and find inner peace. These sound baths are available for free with purchase of 12 pm or 3 pm EESystem session.
Meditation in the EESystem:
Discover the transformative power of meditation within the tranquil environment of our EESystem. Join us at 2 pm for a guided meditation session that will help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This meditation session is available for free with purchase of the 2 pm EESystem session.
Enlightening Presentation:
Don’t miss the opportunity to gain valuable insights from our esteemed CEO, Cindy Toone. At 5:30 pm, Cindy will deliver a fascinating presentation titled, “The Power of Frequencies,” where she will delve into the world of frequencies and their impact on our health and vitality.

Our dedicated practitioners are offering free or reduced-price sessions during the open house. Take advantage of this chance to experience various wellness therapies tailored to your individual needs. For example, get a free $15 minute massage from massage therapist Michaela when you purchase and schedule a full body massage at Reenew for another day.

Among others, we are excited to welcome our friends from Bountiful Nutrition, who will be providing samples of their delicious and nutritious plant-protein shakes!
