Thank you for your interest in joining the Reenew Natural Health & Wellness Festival as a vendor! Booths are assigned in the order received, and because we don’t want to inadvertently cause undue stress and competition, we only accept one booth per practice or product (ex: chiropractic, foot zoning, essential oils, etc.) See below for more details. We recommend applying early to save your spot before someone else with the same practice or product applies. If you have vendor questions, email contact@reenewenergy.com or call us at 801-300-9992 and ask for Gwen for a faster response.

This event is only available to VIP Guests, and Gold Vendors/Speakers, who receive one ticket. One additional ticket per Gold Vendor/Speaker may be purchased for $35.

10:00 am – 7:00 pm: Vendor hall is open
To get the most out of your experience, please plan to be at your booth (or have a helper at your booth) the full day.
11:00 am – 5:30 pm: Classes
Classes are held on the hour every hour during this time.
6:00 pm: Giveaway winners announced
7:00 – 8:00 pm: Take Down
All vendors must exit by 8 pm.

Vendor Details
- One standard ticket for you as the vendor is included with your purchase!
- Each Vendor receives an additional 5 pre-paid General Admission guest tickets. You can use these extra tickets for your helpers, do giveaways on social media to promote your booth, or as a gift for friends, family, and preferred clients. (General Admission Ticket value: $35 each x 5 = $175)
- If you would like us to provide lunch for you, you can add on this option for $15.

Mini Vendor $30
- Approximately 3 x 3 ft vendor space
- Does not include table, linen, or chairs
- Please no not bring a table larger than 3 ft.

Standard Vendor $60
- Approximately 3 x 6 ft vendor space
- Does not include table, linen, or chairs
- Please do not bring a table larger than 6 ft
- 5 Pre-paid guest tickets
Gold Vendor $90
- Approximately 3 x 6 ft vendor space
- Located near the front of the vendor space
- Does not include table, linen, or chairs
- Please do not bring a table larger than 6 ft
- 5 Pre-paid guest tickets
- Invitation to join us Friday for the Night
Pulling off an event like this is a team effort, so all vendors are expected to give away five free tickets, post on social media at least twice about the event, and send out an email to email groups.
Vendors are welcome to contribute samples, coupons, and other swag to the VIP Swag Bags. We anticipate about 10 VIPs. Because there will be such a limited number of VIPs, this is a great opportunity to make a very exclusive pitch (even a loss leader) that they can’t resist. No need to worry that hundreds of people will take you up on your offer! This is a time to provide a solid deal and in return, you may find yourself with a new, solid client.
These events are always a ton of fun and we expect our largest crowd yet at this one!

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, every vendor will need to bring their own table, chairs, and linen. Our vendor spaces do not come with tables, linen, or chairs.
Set up is scheduled for September 6th from 3 pm – 5:30 pm. You will also have from 9:30 am – 10 am on September 7th to do any last-minute prepping of your booth, but please do not plan to do all of your set up at that time.
Take down is 7 pm – 8 pm on Saturday, September 7th.
Absolutely! If it can in any way be related to natural health and wellness, your business will fit in.
You get one ticket for the VIP night. If you would like more, one additional ticket for the VIP night may be purchased for a booth helper for $35, if there is room left. Call us at 801-300-9992 to arrange any additional booth helper tickets to the VIP night.
All speakers are also vendors. When you email asking for a vendor application, just mention you would like a speaker application as well and we will send it to you. Speaker spots go very quickly, as we have limited time slots.
