About Betsy Olsen

Betsy has been a registered Yoga Alliance member since completing her training in 2017. In 2022, she added Keiki training as a Master Reiki Practitioner to her practice.

She’s taught yoga in unique community settings, including sessions for operating staff at Primary Children’s Hospital and caretakers at a women’s shelter in Davis County.

Betsy brings compassion, experience, and a holistic approach to every class she leads.

About Kate Thompson

Kate has been practicing yoga since 1985 and earned her 200-hour Yoga Motion certification in 1999.

With decades of teaching experience, she brings both knowledge and compassion to her classes.

Kate is also deeply rooted in the community and a proud mother of four and grandmother of twelve. Her joy for family and connection shines through in her teaching style.

Classes are about an hour, including a gentle warm-up and relaxing cool-down.

Yes! All abilities are welcome. Please let the instructor know of any questions or concerns and move at your own pace.
